This lively oil is made from the olivastra, coratina and ogliarola olives, gathered from the hills of Alberobello in the month of October.
The oil has a green colour with yellow reflections. The bouquet is intense and appealing and reminds of remedial herbs and tomato leaf. To the taste it is energic with a sharp bitter note.
Affiorato was awarded with Slow Food's Three Olives Award in 2010.
The producer ANTICO FRANTOIO OLEARIO INTINI was estabilished in 1928 in Alberobello. Intini has received the "L'Oro d'Italia" and "L'Orciolo dell'Oro" quality awards for their extra virgin olive oil.
